At Ajwa Fabrics, we value your trust and want you to shop with complete confidence. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Cash Refund Policy
Ajwa Fabrics does not offer cash refunds on any purchases.
Refunds are only provided in the form of store credit or exchange, depending on the situation.
2. Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- All labels, tags, brand packaging are intact
- The item is not worn, washed, altered, or damaged
You may exchange for:
- A different size
- A different design
- Another product of the same or higher value (price difference will apply)
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following categories cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and brand policies:
- Bridal dresses
- Formal customized stitching
- Sale / discounted items
- Used or damaged items
- Accessories (if applicable)
4. Faulty or Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive:
- A different product than what you ordered
- A damaged or defective item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
We will process:
✔ Replacement
or
✔ Store credit (if replacement not available)
5. Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note that slight color variations (5–10%) may occur due to:
- Screen brightness
- Lighting conditions
- Fabric texture
- Brand photography
Such variations are not considered a manufacturing fault and are not eligible for refunds.
6. Return / Exchange Method
In-store purchases:
Visit our outlet at Ajwa Fabrics, Lahore with your original receipt.
Online customers:
Contact us on WhatsApp or through our website.
Courier charges for exchange may apply unless it’s a fault from our side.
7. Refund Through Store Credit
If your return request is approved, you will receive a store credit voucher that:
- Can be used anytime within 60 days
- Is valid on all items except mega-sale articles
- Is non-refundable and non-transferable
8. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Bridal or customized orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
